Pizza Cooked on a Screen

Thanks folks!

It is very easy to do, if you decide to give it a try let me know and I'll help out any way I can!

You can get great results with a screen, this is off a propane Pizzacraft Pizzaque potable and a 10" screen I bought on Amazon.

I'm not saying the crust doesn't turn out great, I just prefer mine on a stone direct.

Nice looking pie Yendor!

Personally, with the propane powered unit it is a nightmare for clean up. Burnt cornmeal and all. We went to the screens to cut down on the mess and it was well worth it to us. And As you see, the pie gets a great crust on our unit. Once I get a set up for my kettle it may be different because then I don't have to worry about where I am sweeping the left over cornmeal.

I,m going to Norms for Pizza, I like Mexicana, You do have that?
I had to Google that.
Mozzarella/cheddar cheese
sausages
Tomato, sliced.
Red onion, sliced
Pickled gherkins, sliced
I don't know about the gherkins, but the rest sounds good.

I think I've found my new favorite pizza cheese mix, half and half provolone and baby swiss cheese.
