First Go at Canadian Bacon

Cured with TQ(1TB / lb), Brown Sugar(1 Ts / lb), and Garlic Powder(1 Ts / lb).

Smoked with Apple Wood until 150 degrees. Came out pretty damn good.

Looks good. I could go for some right about now. I'm going to have to try some one of these days.
 
You did a great job on that. The rib end like you have with that darker little muscle is my favorite end.
