Restaurant Depot Pack Date/Plate ribs

WOW!!!! 93 views and NO replies??? I quess I just might be right, about the Pack Date being Feb 6th.

I didn't reply, because all pack by dates I've seen has month and day stamped. I'm sure different packing houses uses different ways?
 
Not trying to be a smart a**, but did you consider asking anyone at Restaurant Depot?

I don't know the answer, but would like to know as well. I just joined and have started buying bulk meats from them.
 
Pack Date

OK Here is MY take on it..The 037 should be the pack date and the 067 is the sell date. I think.:decision:

PS The beef ribs were purchased on Sunday and going on the smoker on Thursday..So No problems there.Just curious about the pack date.
