That's a great idea Shane!! For those who compete, judge or just enjoy BBQ there are some KCBS events scheduled in the area in March, April & May 2013 if you want to coordinate with those?

Well chit, I have a camper, but it ain't a fifth wheeler, I drive a Mini, I voted for Obama -- and I love a good brisket. So, I'm not sure I'm allowed in Nebraska, and I don't want to bring my own brisket.

However, with a 30 amp hookup, I could add a home theater to my camper, and still run the air conditioner.

There is still that brisket issue. Is anyone coming that can cook a brisket?

Just because Shane can't cook one, doesn't mean all Nebraskans can't. :tsk:
 
So when is this Bodacious Brisket Bash? I wonder if I can make it? I try to make as many bashes as I can...

Who knows. With 4 kids who play just about every sport out there between the 4 of them, Cub Scouts and our ever expanding competition schedule......you're guess is as good as mine.
 
Hmmmm - End of September is River City Roundup, followed by the Royal. Then there's the Sams things and the Jack. After that it's the Midwest Bash in Lawance.

What part of fall works for every one else? :p
