Tom

I am having a hard time finding a source for raw Tom turkey legs, the large size sold at Disney World, fairs, etc. I want to add my own twist to them and add them to my menu. I did not think it would be this difficult. All I have been able to find are pre-smoked ones or the small size. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
