How many ribs to a case? Brain fart?

I know there sold by weight. At RD when I have bought a case it was normally between 70-80 lbs. For the life of me I cant remember what the average amount of slabs to a case.Gonna use the last ones that were in my freeze this weekend. Was thinking about stocking up again.

The spares I get by case are 9 racks total (3x3).

It depends on the size of the case... in my small carry on I can get 3 x 3 but in my big Samsonite I've had as many as 9 x 3. :wink:

Oh, you mean from the butcher 3 x 3 for spares or 5 x 3 for baby backs.

Depends. I bought a case of the frozen St. Louis cut spares and there were 20 racks. Full spares? 9-12 racks.
