Expensive grilled cheese

If you can even buy this anywhere.

I sliced up some of my dry cured coppa and pepperoni.

Yup. Looks thin.

Topped with smoked pepper jack from last June.

Lots of butter.

Grilled up nice.

Some Jim apple and sprite for a drink.

I cut it from bone in butts. If you need I can post pics if I can find them.
