Went veggie on the poblanos today and stuffed with black bean, salsa and cheese. It's been a while for rotisserie chicken...I seasoned inside and out and did rotisserie over a maple fire, and peppers in the floating dome.

That bird looks awesome. I'm going to have the make my wife some veggie stuffed peppers.

Thank you. Yea the veggie peppers are ok but meat is definitely better. Sometimes though healthy is good.

I wouldn't mind making some crab or tuna stuffed poblanos, crab meat would have to be good.

You will, things will get back to normal for you, In the mean time you can live vicariously through my chicken. :heh: :wink:
 
Great idea on those poblanos! Those things look excellent. Any dumb mistakes I should avoid on my first try? I've got to fire up a batch next weekend.
