Last time the crust/crunch Phactor was better but this time the Phlavour was better...very rich Phlavour.
Phailing sometimes is good cause you can try it out again.:thumb:
Batter consisted of:milk,egg,flour,parmigiano reggiano,Phresh thyme,Phresh parsley,dried basil,dried cumin,smoked spicey paprika powder,Phoil Hat rub,cracked black pepper,salt.
BePhore I dipped the chicks in batter I rubbed them under the skin with Lawry's seasoned salt.
I ate the chicks with some of Padawan's Pastitsio and a Greek-ish salad.
