2 Butts on the Egg

Real nice George!

I got the sign mounted, the neighbor just has to clean up his living room. More beer, then time to pull!


 
Thanks for letting me barge in on your post here George! I wasn't going to post anything, but since you started a 2 butt live cook, I figured I might as well since I had just started my 2 butt cook.
With the help of the wife, got it all pulled and I hope the wounded Vets enjoy this and the coleslaw I'm bringing. Along with how much stuff Dave is cooking/making.

I am done too. I love that Egg. I started it at 10PM and closed it down at 4:30PM and I know from previous cooks I could get at least another 6 hrs on the same load of lump. I will pay this tomorrow. My hip is already hurting but I had fun doing it. Thanks for looking
 
Looking good George - I am impressed with the over night cook. Thought I was smelling something good overnight!
 
I knew they were not Boston's They turned out good Good flavor and juicy A little annoyed as they were sold a Boston Butts Will have to call my butcher
