English roast for pepper stout beef?

Hey guys. hows it goin? So I've got a slight dilemma. Our local store has English roasts on sale. It seems a little leaner than a normal chuck roast but with it being cheaper than chuck roast I thought about buying a couple for pepper stout beef.

Does it make pulled beef well? Why does it look leaner than a chuck roast? thought it came from the same portion of the the cow.
 
Give it a try, it's going to be braised once in the pan, it will come out nice and tender, some people use that cut for pot roast, I've used a Brisket flat in the past, turned out well.
