I found Saiko's thread on Pork Chops and mimicked it on Sunday.

Best chop I have ever had. The pork chop was from a local farm, and I used a rub that a friend made for me (he won't tell me what is in it). For the glaze, I used 3 teaspoons of local honey, 1 of local maple syrup and a little brown sugar.
