This is a Great way for using left overs. First I did a 14 lb bird on the Egg at 350 on Thanksgiving it was brined for about 13 hrs using PattioDaddio's Ultimate Turkey Brine and then rested for 4-5 hrs

Now The Gobbler
A layer of mashed potatoes


Then some Gravy


A layer of turkey


More gravy

Add some stuffing

More gravy

Then some cranberry

Cover an freeze

Yep, you and my wife, she did the same thing. Ours tuned out great, only thing is,
I ate it all ready, it was great.
I'm sure your's will be too.
