Venison on the "weber-dome"

So here's how I've been grilling lately. Tearing down the WSM and using the bottom, lid, putting the cooking grate on the charcoal ring!

Cooking up some broccoli in foil packs with butter,salt,pepper,garlic. With Venison steaks with montreal seasoning. Here's some pics. It'll be a little bit before I put the meat on. (yes that is to much charcoal! I'm just trying to burn up what was left of yesterday's cook.)

It's real nice sitting on the step and cooking on it! Normally if the coal ring was empty I only use a chimney full of charcoal if anybody was wondering. to have a hot spot over the coals and a cooking spot off set from the coals.
