So here's how I've been grilling lately. Tearing down the WSM and using the bottom, lid, putting the cooking grate on the charcoal ring!
Cooking up some broccoli in foil packs with butter,salt,pepper,garlic. With Venison steaks with montreal seasoning. Here's some pics. It'll be a little bit before I put the meat on. (yes that is to much charcoal! I'm just trying to burn up what was left of yesterday's cook.)
