Wife wanted salmon. I like to cook it- she eats it. I can too with enough seasoning and fresh squeezed lemon. Sides were smoked turkey wrapped asparagus-garden tomato and sausage. Grilled over B&B lump with about a folded dollar bill size chunk of mezkeet. Strongest wood I have on hand to drown out salmon taste ;-)). Bride is happy.

Looks great.

Try some Dizzy Pig Ragin River rub on salmon. It is awesome. Best rub I've had on salmon and every time I use it folks rave about it - even those like yourself who aren't fond of salmon.
