So I did a pulled pork leftover salad with tomatoes, red onion, cucumber and of course the leftover pork.
Gave it a kick with some basic oil and vinegar salad sauce and topped it with my homemade pineapple-bourbon bbq sauce and served with a slice of home baked bread...
Here we go

How'd you keep that salad on the plate with it being sideways like that?! Just kidding, looks great.
 
With a little (OK a lot) more pulled pork on there, I might be tempted to eat the rabbit food it's sitting on.

If using an iPhone hold it where the home button is at 3oclock not 6oclock.

You can usually tell BBQ people, one, they 'kick it up' & two they refer to salad dressing as 'salad sauce'...............:cool:
