So had a pretty good week so far in culinary terms!

Delivery #1: Spices from The Spice House.

Delivery #2: Thermoworks! With two new therms! (Do the flames make it faster?)

And then a trip to Costco and found some nice ribeyes.
Kosher Salt, Spice House Back of the Yard Garlic-Pepper. Reverse Sear on the Chargriller over RO lump. Mixed Veg and a Baked Potato rounded out dinner.

Looks great. Gotta love those Costco Rib-Eyes. Get there when they first open and pick them through for the most marbled! Those look way yummy!

Thanks Marty!

Last time I was there they had "prime" ribeye packs. This trip the only prime they had was the whole Rib roast. But we got there early enough and picked through 5-6 packages.

Off topic, I was looking into cold smoking and I found the link to your cold smoker build, that is absolutely beautiful!

Me too, I have to settle for mail order, but in Bloomington, your close enough to make a trip if you wanted! :-D I have been to the one in Milwaukee and I had a hard time walking out of there! I have never been to Penzy's in St Louis, but Spice House is hard to beat.
