Bob's Hogs had a practice cook with a slight tweak on our competition recipe from last year. I don't have any finished pics, we were too focused on appearance, taste and tenderness and forgot to grab the camera. We were very satisfied with the results and can't wait for our first comp this year in Merrimack, NH. Here's how they looked right before wrapping.
