My wife and I won a whole case (6) of these, what do I do with them?

Grind a few and make hamloaf ( Amish recipe)) on the smoker,( OMG and you thought smoked meatloaf was the cats patoot just wait) and for ham salad
Smoked ham
Slice into steaks for breakfast

Ship them to me:roll:
 
Those look bad,send them to me for proper disposal. But really...last time I smoked a pre cooked ham I marinated them in myroms pork injection for an hour or so used all cherry wood for I think about 4 hrs. The one that was sliced first was better than the whole one.my temp was abt 250/275.

I can see a half year of weekend breakfasts there. Smoked them fried.

Hamloaf is an interesting idea
