That's a nice rack O bones for sure but I would be running at a higher temp (250/275) for ribs. Also, I would be looking for more pull back off those bones and doing the bend test to check for doneness.

Just my .02 and a great 1st cook on that new rig.
 
They look good! I do mine a little hotter as well. I still haven't perfected them yet but Im close! Good job!
 
Looks good to me !!!

Higher temp will hammer the smoke in there at the start, render the fattiness a bit better & set the sauce a bit better..... it's really OK to cook that way....:-D

Either way, I could eat ALL of those !!!!
