I had the idea to put the sirloin tip roast through a food processor since it slices pepperoni good. Not so much for beef. I suppose it should have been cold for that. It was more chopped beef.

I tried making some homemade buns. The split top didn't look so good. Tasted great, with some real buttler slathered on top at the end of the bake, just not the uniform store look.

Topped with mushrooms, provolone and mozzarella and a homemade garlic aioli sauce.

This was done on Camp Chef pellet grill.

Bread looks great to me. I'm not very good at making bread, but do like trying it from time to time. Melted cheese and steak always is freaking great!
