Wings & Conch Fritters

Doing some wings and conch fritters for a football Sunday.

The recipe for the fritters.

Some of the ingredients chopped.

The conch resting in the fridge.

Wings 15 minutes in.

Wings glazed with sauce, oil on for the fritters.

Wings about to come off with the fritters going into the oil.

Plated up and ready to eat.

We have had the shrimp version of these fritters as long as I can remember.
They are a family favorite. Now I have to make up a batch this weekend.
