I got 7 pork butts going today for a party coming up. They are on the 1 hour mark. I plan on wrapping at around the 4 hour mark when I get the color I want. More pictures to come.

you catching all that drippy goodness in a pan? can't wait to see an action shot with the cooker loaded up.
 
Yes, I asked my wife to take a picture, and she took it the wrong way. She then put my phone on top of my smoker and left it there. It proceeded to overheat and freak out. She better hope that she never loses her looks. Here is the final product.

Good lookin' pork, brother.

Hopefully cooler heads will prevail when snappin' photos and cooking phones.
 
Good lookin pork. Better story on the phone. We have similar wives. I have similar phone stories.....
 
Here is the total of meat I got out of 7 busts. A couple of them were pretty small, but I think it is a pretty good yield. I didn't have the weights of the butts before I started, so I can't get a real percentage yield.
