Anyone know how much a half pan and full pan will hold? Both are 3 1/2" deep.

I would fill a pan with whole potatoes. That would give you an approximate idea of how much it will hold.

1/2 pan will hold 10# and a full pan 20#, depends how you cut the potato's.
