Im using a heater meter for the temp control... temps dropped and interestingly enough 339 was the max i was able to get the us too..... sadly since then I've only been able to reach the 25 degree range which would be great for ribs or a butt......
so im gonna smoke the bird for a couple hours and then place int he oven to finish it up
I think this is this uds's last run anyways..... have an 85 gallon I'm in the middle of building...
