After having success, ( due to the good tips from this forum):clap: smoking my first pork butt. I'm contemplating stepping up to a bigger charcoal smoker. Just to move up in size i was thinking of purchasing at the end of the season a Brinkmann trailmaster limted edition offset. I figured the price was affordable, and i can make all the modifications to the unit that can be found on the web.
As I was doing my weekly search on Craigslist, I see a local guy advertizing his business. Does anyone own or heard anything about Artisain grill & smoker?:shocked:
