Jelly in bbq sauce

Peach preserves.

I also like using plum sauce even though it's technically not a jelly

Second on the peach, especially on pork........:thumb:

third vote for peach here. nice sweet fruit flavor without dominating the others. for sauce making, go for jelly. for dips, use jam.

I make my Georgia Heat wings with peach jelly/jam mixed with sriracha or sambal oelek. imho, there is no finer combination of sweet/heat to be found. mango habanero isn't even close.

raspberry preserves and a chipotle in adobe added to your favorite bbq sauce(cut with a little Blues hog) makes and awesome raspberry chipotle..

I add plum butter to my sauce when i make it. Adds a depth of flavor to the finished sauce.

my mom makes homemade strawberry jam every june and its pretty good. one time she found a recipe for meatballs where you mix jam with bbq sauce and cook em with the pre cooked frozen meatballs. they came out pretty good for what it was. i developed a recipe this year that uses the spicier bbq sauce i have mixed with orange marmalde and some chipotle adobo sauce. tastes great on ribs and wings
