Almost missed this one. Croix Vally rub, couple coats of Tennessee Red and finished off with some BPS Happy Ending. Good stuff!

Last time i entered ribs into a throwdown i lost by a single vote. Not sure these look quite as good but they tasted great. I slathered the rack with tiger sauce and sprinkled on some Oakridge Secret Weapon chicken and pork. Thats it. Cooked em the offset until the were frothy and tender. I was surprised how much heat from the tiger sauce came through. It had a nice balance of sweet and heat.
