A friend sent this to me - looks like fun and delicious to boot.

And while we dream of cooks to come, this Sunday let us all thank the good lord above for making animals out of delicious meat.
 
Still haven't done a beef tenderloin. Im afraid of spending the money just to mess it all up. But I love seeing the different cultures' ways of doing it.
