Fixed chicken for dinner and just felt like something different. The chicken went from milk to flour to egg to flour and panko, then into the two sided fryer. Chicken on one side for 15 minutes, sweet tater fries on the other side. Served with peach baked beans and fresh mater from the garden. I'm in heaven!

Yummmm! What do you do with your leftover oil and keep it? I always strain mind and refrigerate but wondering how long it will keep in the fridge?

I strain mine and put it back in the container, and keep it in the cool basement. It'll keep for a long while that way. Throw it out after I've used it like 5 or 6 times, or it's real dark and dirty looking.
