After my turkey practice run on Saturday. I fired up the Shirley again to do some st. louis ribs. SPOG with chili powder for rub. Sauced with Sweet Baby Rays honey cut with apple juice just before taking them off and added some brown sugar and paprika to my rub to finish.

Ribs look great! Love the looks of your Shirley. Nice size and it looks like it holds quite a bit of food.
