Philly Cheesesteak

Jumping on the throw down bandwagon with my take on a Philly Cheesesteak.

Get the onions and green peppers grilling in some bacon fat.

Move to the side and add the chopped roast beef.

Top with provolone and let get melty.

Bring it inside to start building the sandwich.

Toasted buns with homemade garlic butter.

Add some spicy mustard and horseradish may and devour.
