Allow me to introduce to you the newest member of the Swine Thyme U.S.A BBQ crew.....Prospero!

This sucker is HEAVY! I have a lot of photos so bear with me as I get them posted. I hope to use this is as my main thread. We'll see how that goes...

I know you have some guns on you and all, but that beast is almost 5ft long, 5 1/2 ft tall, and 667 lbs.

Not sure how you are going to move Prospero around. Might have considered naming it "Falstaff" instead
 
These biscuits indicate a very hot front left corner. Just like a stick burner, the heat disapated the further away rhe biscuits were from the firebox. The top shelf is quite even.

I figure that the more seasoning occurs, the likely hood of some of these differences changing.. or not.

Edit: I should note, that these were baked with the cooker set at 350 and put in immediately after initial burn-in.
