I took my Myron Mixon book out the other day and yhe smoked sausage caught my eye, so I decided to make some.I cut up some hillshire farm sausage and sprinkled on some killer hogs rub and put them on the smoker and then mixed up 1 cup of sbr sauce with 1/4 cup of honey and brushed it on at the end....mm...mmm...good!!!

Sausage bites are always a hit, sometimes I cut them a little thicker and wrap each piece with bacon and only apply a rub. You are only limited by your imagination.
 
Thats an actual recipe in his book?
not exactly, but its something similar.its a section of the book that says sausage two ways...and he tells how he cuts and grills them or how he cuts them different and smokes them
