I'm hypnotised by that deep smoke ring, too. Wow. Tell us more, please, how did they taste? Are you able to compare the taste of beef ribs with a thick smoke ring like that against beef ribs that have a thinner smoke ring? What temperature did you cook at? I'm fascinated.
