Putting it all out there sooo be nice LOL

So this is what I came up with based a 200 person event. Little background. I work (ed) for a Non profit children's home and they are wanting me to cook for their annual fundraiser/volunteer thank you day. So the Hotdog lunch is what the guest receive for free that register for the silent auction or any church groups that register. The plate will consist of 1 hotdog, bag o chips, can of pop, and probably an oatmeal cream cookie(cause I like em) Since this is a fundraiser to bring in as much money as possible for the kids I would like to do this at just cost. Let me know what you guys think. Also I will be doing a pulled pork sandwich with beans, slaw and pop as a vending part for those who do not register and just show up for the car show and silent auction. So to wrap up, the people that register are getting a ticket that gets them a hotdog, bag of chips, pop, and cookie. Everyone else is paying. Basically just looking to see if I'm in the right ballpark. Thanks for all the help.

You should leave some profit in there for yourself, then at the end of the event you can donate your profits to them as well if you want but what happens if you buy 2 cases of butts and stick in the refrigerator and the next morning you find out the frig went out and you now have to go buy another 2 cases of butts. For this reason I'd leave a buffer to protect yourself. Everything else looks good though.
