I ran across a gal at a Rotary event last night who's putting together an inaugural KCBS-sanctioned event. It's not big money and they're limiting it to 30 teams for the first year, but I bet it attracts small or new teams. They're also looking for sponsors, of course!

We have been working with her for a little while now on this. Looks like there will be several things for the family to do there also. If your coming thinking about coming thru sign up and lets cook. Oh yea, I will be cooking all there pork for selling sammies, so everyone needs to come and buy one.
 
I've talked to Jan a couple of times about this. I know she's looking for teams. We won't compete (too many things not quite nailed down) but we'll go and see.
