Yesterday morning we decided to have chicken breast for dinner so I took a couple out of the freezer, by noon they were getting loose so I hit them with some cherry rub, both sides, covered them with saran wrap and into the fridge. Fired up the W kettle and just before I put them on I hit them again with rub. Man this was my first time at using a smoke rub for grilling but it won't be the last, they were delish. From now on I'm going to rethink what goes on the meat before it goes on the coals!:thumb:
