Thank you everyone for the nice comments. It's a Mojoe Griddle and in this particular cook, I'm using an 18" Jumbo Joe as the heat source. It fits on the Weber 22" Kettles as well. It has 3 screw on legs (not pictured), that you can put on and use over a fire pit or camp fire. Oh yeah, you can use it on top of a gas burner too like a turkey fryer burner. It's a pretty cool too and virtually non-stick. Fried eggs on it, no problem.....that's a good test huh!?
