In honor of the PBC 1st year anniversary TD, I call this "Your last meal" I think any man will wish for this as their last meal. :loco:
Started with a roasted garlic mash
Next I prepped my 53 day aged three bone prime rib dry aged by me: Linky http://www.bbq-brethren.com/forum/showthread.php?t=225093
Beautiful cut of beef for a lack of a better term
Prepped the roast to be rubbed down then trussed
Made a butter rub with the following
On the PBC it went. Naturally :-D
Prepped the lobster tails next
16 oz's each :thumb:
About to come off for its rest
It was time to glaze some veggies
120* IT and smelling insane :hungry:
Butterflied the tails and dusted with some Chesapeake Bay seasoning
Lobster tails about to come off and on went the peaches for dessert to grill for a few mins
Time to carve. Pics don't do it justice. I kid you not
