Ello all. It has been a few months since i have posted. My little food tent i have finally came to fruition and i had a successful car show with my stuffed crepes. I am now doing private events, actually trying to haha. school gets in the way sometimes but that is a good thing.
Anyway, i have a question. i own this grill

and it can not get to 550* with burners full blast. I also noticed in the back is a large 4 inch gap between the lid and the body of the gril;l when lid is closed, so alot of heat escapes. Would it be recommended to cover that large air gap up so i dont lose so much heat? The carburator for my grill is at the bottom so it gets plenty of air to fuel mixture.
