Really wish I hadn't just seen the Shiner sausage.

Where did you get that? Inlaws are actually from Shiner, maybe they can ship me some.

Green Chile Sauce (salsa). Fantastic. I usually order Durango Diner, picked this up on my last flyfish trip to The San Juan. Really good.

How was the Shiner sausage? I have never had it before, and would like to try it if it is good.
