Stuffed pork Loin and fixings

Stuffed a pork loin with 3 peppers, mushrooms, 2 types of onions, and feta cheese. Smoked for 4 hrs. Had a side of fresh zucchini, summer squash, jalapeno corn bread (cooked on the weber), But we started off the the night with some ABT's. enjoy the pics
