Seeing how Thanksgiving is next month up here (premature celebration?) I thought I'd try a breast first, then a turkey or two for testing.
No brine, just evoo and a few spices

Smoking at 300ish

Turned out pretty good, I'll try the slaughterhouse brine overnight next time

Love turkey breasts. They are so easy. We like smoke/grilling a half for dinner sometimes. Yours looks perfect!
