I have volunteered to cook some BBQ pork and chicken sandwiches for a Relay for Life event in May, and I was wondering about apprx. how much pork and chicken to cook. There will be around 600 ppl there and a couple other food options, so I am thinking that a third of the group will want BBQ sandwiches. How much pork would be a safe amount to prepare. Also, any Brethren have a good deal on a bulk rub for the pork? Thanks.
