I'm here and it's my first comp! :shocked:

I'm splitting it with a guy and I drew pulled pork and chicken......Hopefully we don't finish DAL!

All in all, was pretty happy with my results in pork and chicken! Also, I didn't finish DAL in my categories, so I will call that a win for my first time out! :becky:

As a team we didn't do very well and my partner didn't have a good day, but it was fun.

Here's what I turned in:


I knew my chicken wasn't very good and I've got to keep working on trimming.



I thought my pork was pretty good, but my money muscle was a little over cooked and I couldn't get clean slices so I elected not to put it in the box.

Lettuce boxes were great and easy! I was sweating that for sure!
