Yesterday we had our annual WGA/Phamily Day.
I asked GTR if he wanted to tag along and he was ok with that.
UnPhortunatly the weather wasn't all that good...we were with a selective Phew because of that...doesn't mean it was less Phun. :thumb:

There is, but it's in Dutch, so I don't know what it is. :tsk:

I think they wanted to show the Pholks who didn't come that the weather was Phine, which it was Phor a Phew minutes every now and then.

Things are going good with the skewer methinks...

Spraying garlic olive oil - this is a good thing to do! This guy kept Pheeding us a lot of great beePh.

This charcoal was interesting - cocoshell but different than the briqs.

This was the Phirst time I ate picanha. Pharking amazing. When I get home I'm gonna start looking for this stuPh.

Black Anny put in another day of great work.

The Dutch Phorum guys and gals were all really cool - all great cooks and everything was absolutely delicious. Cooking, eating, joking around - we all love to do it! I would love to do this again sometime. Even in the rain.

From what I could tell it was very simple - he just cut discs off a roll of goat cheese, wrapped with bacon, and cooked till the bacon was right. The bed of lettuce and the bread were fantastic with it. I think it was that simple and it was really good. I know I'll be trying this when I get home.

Everything looks great! But the smoked apple sauce and pig candy topped cheese cake sounds very intriguing. How do you think it would taste with smoked apple pie filling instead?

Do you mean with storebought apple pie filling?
I don't have a clue what that tastes like cause I've never had it and we have no such thing over here...it probably will taste good.:thumb:
