Looks like a great time. Definitely got those grills working right!

Yea. I was thinking it would be sweeter with store bought apple pie filling. Was the apple sauce doctored up in any way? I have already ran the idea by my wife and it's going to be a tough sale.

Made it out of Braeburn apples (sweet and sour).

-peeled the apples,diced them up and put it in a aluminium container
-added sugar,cinnamon,salt,limejuice,applejuice in the container
-smoked it
-mashed it with a Phork
