Got to try out the State Fair Chicken Sauce I was gifted..

Marinated some chicken thighs for 2 days (was going for 24, but life got in the way)
Fired up the Egg and did them raised direct for about 30 minutes them moved them to direct -

Love that! Chix thighs are by far one of my favorites. I checked out the Lupo Spiedie's and Chiavetta's a while back and really enjoyed them.

Nice work there!
 
LMAJ that chicken looks awesome. I know it doesn't impart flavor, but it brings the naturally sweet flavors of the chicken forward. The chicken skin should have been nice and tender as well.

There was a little hint of vinegar, which I liked, and the skin was nice and crispy - which I also liked. The meat was very tender and juicy -which I REALLY liked!!
