I was able to try out my first fatty yesterday.





I sauteed orange and red peppers, jalapeno pepper, and onion. Added chopped bbq chicken and sharp cheddar cheese for the filling. Wrapped it in pork sausage and finally a bacon weave. Thought it turned out well ... :thumb:
